Terms of Service
Last updated 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bond Home Pros (the "Platform"). By creating a company account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your business. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the Platform.
1. Your Account
Creating a company account gives you a workspace for your own business's customers, employees, jobs, scheduling, and invoices. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including accounts you create for your employees (technicians).
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only to run your own home service business. You will not:
- Attempt to access, view, or modify another company's data, or probe, scan, or test the Platform for vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Use the Platform to store or process data you don't have the right to store (for example, customer data collected unlawfully).
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including through excessive automated requests, attempts to bypass rate limits, or attempts to disrupt service for other companies.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to send fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive communications to customers or employees.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Platform without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section -- see Section 7 (Account Termination).
3. Data Collection & Ownership
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Platform -- your customers, employees, jobs, and invoices. We store and process that data solely to operate the Platform on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your business data and will not use it for any purpose outside operating and improving the Platform for you.
4. Cookies
The Platform uses a required first-party session cookie to keep you signed in securely. Details on what it does and doesn't do are in our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment & Billing
Some features of the Platform are offered under a paid plan. Where a paid plan applies:
- Pricing and billing terms (including any setup fee and recurring subscription amount) will be communicated to you directly before you're charged, and are also described on our Pricing page.
- Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
- We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice to the account admin.
- You're responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription, other than taxes on our net income.
6. Service Availability
We work to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We'll aim to keep disruptions brief and minimize impact where we can.
7. Account Termination
You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates Section 2 (Acceptable Use), has significantly overdue payment on a paid plan, or where we reasonably believe continued access poses a security or legal risk. Where practical, we'll provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ends; we will retain your business data for a limited period to allow for export or reactivation, after which it may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond Home Pros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Platform will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify account admins directly. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
